‘We worked with MJA as part of a Planning Application for demolition and rebuild of a holiday home with subsequent Building Regulations Application.  They were very approachable and worked seamlessly with a team of other consultants and professionals whilst also listening to and accommodating our needs as a client.  Their creativity shine through in their designs with a wow factor but they also consider the practical implications.  MJA were extremely patient with revisions and compromises that were needed to get the application through.  We were delighted if not somewhat surprised to gain approval, and MJA was undoubtedly an integral part of this fantastic achievement. ‘
