Description:

This proposed new build dwelling is located just outside the medieval walled town of Conwy. A challenging site topography meant we had to be really creative to get the design to work with the sites levels. The split level, upside down design solved the puzzle with a raised steel parking deck at road level. The mono pitched roof and rustic materials helps blend the house into its surroundings.
