Set within the exclusive area of Gannock Park in Deganwy, this striking new build dwelling really does add to the rich mix of eclectic architecture of this part of the village. Our clients wanted a well designed, modestly sized retirement home to suit their changing needs. They also wanted it to be of its time and wanted something more contemporary with a Nordic feel. The split mono pitched zinc roof, wood cladding and large expanses of glass to take in the views really does the job. Currently on site this is aiming for completion in early 2025.
