Description:

MJA were approached to assist with the design and build of this replacement dwelling near Glan Conwy, North Wales. utilising the existing footprint, the building has two distinct wings linked by a central hallway space. The main living space is located on the first floor to get an elevated perspective of the Conwy estuary. due to be completed early 2025.
